A major climate finance fund based in the Middle East aimed to establish a bold, credible digital presence aligned with its $1B mandate to accelerate sustainable infrastructure and renewable energy across emerging markets. With a visionary leadership and a high-level mission, the fund needed a website that could speak to investors, policymakers, and community partners — all while remaining sleek, intuitive, and easy to manage internally. This presented both a design and systems challenge: how to communicate impact with clarity while ensuring scalability for future growth.

Project Goals

  • Establish a strong, future-focused brand identity

  • Create a responsive, narrative-driven website that serves multiple stakeholder groups

  • Empower the internal team to manage and grow the platform independently

  • Build trust through thoughtful design and transparent storytelling

Phase 1: Strategy & Narrative Architecture

The project started with a deep exploration of the fund’s key audiences, including institutional investors, regional partners, and internal teams. I worked closely with the client to craft a clear and confident narrative that avoided the typical, generic sustainability language. Together, we developed all site content with an emphasis on tone, clarity, and easy readability. The goal was to communicate credibility, ambition, and measurable impact in a way that truly resonates.

This narrative framework became the foundation for the site’s structure and content, guiding the entire user experience.

Phase 2: Design System & Framer Build

The website was built entirely in Framer, allowing for smooth collaboration and a fully responsive design across all devices. Each page and component was thoughtfully designed with longevity in mind, giving the internal team the flexibility to update and expand the platform without needing ongoing developer support.

The design system focused on clarity, visual hierarchy, and adaptability—making it simple to introduce new content while maintaining a consistent brand presence.

Phase 3: Client Collaboration & Capacity Transfer

From the beginning, the goal was to ensure the client could take full ownership after launch. We worked side by side with their team—co-creating components, testing workflows, and making sure knowledge was fully transferred.

Whether it was investor-ready reports or interactive project maps, all content systems were built to be easily managed in-house. Through training sessions, thorough documentation, and reusable design tokens, we equipped the team with everything they needed to confidently maintain and evolve the platform. This turned a website launch into a lasting, scalable asset for the future.

The final product is a bold, clear, and trustworthy digital presence that reflects the fund’s mission and maturity. Designed for clarity and built for growth, the website now acts as a platform for engagement — helping drive climate investment and amplify regional impact.
